My product was a gift from someone who sadly passed away, my child was born 20/11/20. I would expect a change mat to last longer. I understand rules, but there are always special circumstances. Mat has ripped and they will not replace/ send a replacement cover

We had a very good experience with Mokee. The sheets that we bought fitted and have protected our mattress. Good service.

Looks great abs easy to put together.

I ordered a mini cot on June 3rd, after checking the tracking numerous times the only update was a created label. I contacted customer service on email on Monday 13th, had a reply saying they would look into it….. no reply so I emailed again, no reply! It’s now Friday 17th, tracking not changed, no item, no contact. Wish I hadn’t ordered from this company. I’m now just waiting for any contact and paid for goods I’ve not received…….. started a live chat and leaving this review in hope of any contact!

Stay away from this company. Twice i was sent damaged goods but quality of product is poor. The companies customer service again is shocking.

We ordered a cot and under-cot drawer. We were told that they had run out of drawers, so our shipment would be delayed. They acknowledged that the delay wasn't ideal as we were close to our due date so kindly offered some complimentary sheets... It was disappointing that we had to then chase up the order after the date had passed that they said it would be fulfilled, only to find it was still waiting. We asked for the cot to be delivered without the drawer, which they did, but it felt like if we didn't chase we wouldn't have got anything. Then the drawer arrived, and it was such poor quality we immediately asked for a refund. It was damaged, the joining pegs are drilled too deep, and the bottom isn't as portrayed in the instructions. For £50+, it wasn't good enough. However, while customer service were slightly slow to respond, they were able to sort things eventually. Just wouldn't go with them again for the price and quality, and added stress at a time we could do without it...

Firstly I brought their woolnest moses basket, stand and mattress, all in just over £150 (with a discount code). I have no issues with the product as it worked well and looked nice. However I have just spoken to customer services as one of the screws for the moses basket stand has gone missing. They wanted to charge me £10 for a replacement screw (inc postage).

I’m sorry but that is just an absolute disgrace, charging so much for the product fine, people like it they will pay. But £10 for a replacement screw, just shows once you have brought the product they don’t care about you anymore..

Beuftiful but simple wooden playpen in uptodate colours and easy to assemble and fold to pop away when friends are around

We were very excited to receive our order but unfortunately it is missing a number of screws. Have emailed, messaged and contacted on Facebook but had no reply. Difficult to contact as no phone number.

Fast delivery & exceptional service!

I ordered the wool nest Moses basket and stand along with all the extras to go with it. It cost enough but I didn’t mind paying as it looked nice and cosy for my newborn. It arrived last week and the stand had two main wooden parts missing along with the stand straps. I have emailed Mokee twice now asking for the outstanding parts to be shipped to me and had no response! I was skeptical after reading reviews about the customer service and I wish I had never ordered it now as I can’t put my basket anywhere other than on the floor!!
